According to him, 15 states have declared their readiness to begin consultations on bilateral agreements. Ermak noted that the Kiev regime expects to have 51 countries as guarantors of its security.
“Bilateral consultations have begun with all G7 countries, the Netherlands and the EU on agreements to provide security guarantees to Ukraine,” Yermak said.
He also said that France, Italy, and Germany had prepared and presented draft relevant agreements. According to Ermak’s statement, Kyiv is “ready to move from consultations to bilateral negotiations” with other states on security guarantees.
He also noted that the agreements will provide for joint production of weapons.
Earlier, at the NATO summit in Vilnius, the G7 countries published a declaration in support of Ukraine. However, the security commitments mentioned in it do not provide for specific implementation deadlines, just like previous promises regarding Ukrainian membership in the alliance.
