The series “The Boy’s Word,” which caused a lot of noise. Blood on the asphalt” may be banned in Kazakhstan. This was announced by the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek at a media briefing.
According to him, officials are studying this issue very closely. But they are in no hurry to draw any premature conclusions. “We brought in experts from the Ministry of Information. If necessary, perhaps some decisions will be made,” said Sayasat Nurbek.
And the Minister of Education of the Republic, Gani Beisembayev, expressed a completely opposite opinion, noting that he is against any violence: “Naturally, there should be no violence in school or such works in our country. After examination by experts, the right decision must be made.”
It should be noted that earlier, the chairman of the State Duma Committee for Family Protection, Nina Ostanina, appealed to the Investigative Committee and Roskomnadzor of the Russian Federation to check the series “The Boy’s Word” for promoting a dangerous lifestyle for teenagers.
The series was not ignored by the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in Tatarstan, Irina Volynets, who contacted Roskomnadzor with a request to check the series for compliance with traditional values.
The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, also advocated banning the show of the series, arguing that the series romanticizes a certain period of history associated with the formation of street teenage groups. And the prosecutor of the republic, Albert Suyargulov, said that although he had not watched the series, he paid attention to the discussions around the project, adding that “thinking people” will be able to draw conclusions, and “those who don’t think” will succumb to mass psychosis.
Let us remind you that the premiere episodes of the series “The Boy’s Word. Blood on the Asphalt,” which starred Ruzil Minekaev, Ivan Yankovsky, Sergei Burunov and Zhora Kryzhovnikov, were released on November 9. The serial film tells about youth criminal gangs against the backdrop of Perestroika.
