Due to heavy rains in the Dzhubgsky, Tenginsky, Novomikhailovsky and Nebugsky settlements of the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory, an emergency regime was introduced. - in Dzhubga – on the streets of Primorskaya, Sovetskaya, Naberezhnaya, a polyclinic was also flooded there;
- on the streets in Lermontovo, Plyakho, Olginka, Sosnovy, Nebug and Tyumen.
Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratiev informed144 mm of precipitation fell in the Tuapse region in three hours. Due to heavy rains and subsequent landslide blocked traffic in several places on the A-147 highway. The regional GUMCHS also reported that 40 tourists were evacuated from the forest in the Tuapse district due to heavy rains. People with limited mobility were taken to four temporary accommodation centers.
