For example, in addition to the traditional buffet, some hotels in Egypt already have the option of visiting A la carte restaurants, that is, the guest can choose one restaurant in the hotel, for which they also do not have to pay extra.
However, he noted that the problem with the buffet is a large amount of food waste, and this must be combated.
