In Crimea, the issuance of land for participants in the NWO was simplified

The State Council of the Republic of Crimea (RK) adopted a draft law on simplified free allocation of land to participants in a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine and agreed on the donation of 220 land plots to servicemen, Kommersant was told in the press service of the regional parliament.
The deputies made changes to the current republican law, adding to the list of privileged categories of citizens who have the right to provide plots. According to Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Vladimir Konstantinov, a prerequisite for obtaining land is the presence of permanent registration in the territory of the republic as of February 24, 2022. A participant in a special operation must submit an application to local authorities and attach documents confirming registration and the status of a veteran or disabled combat veteran. Family members of the deceased participant of the SVO are also entitled to the provision of a land plot.
The deputies also agreed on the gratuitous transfer of 220 land plots for individual housing construction in the rural settlement of Chistenkoye near Simferopol.
Earlier, the head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, said that they plan to issue a regional law in Crimea, according to which children from the families of participants in the special operation will be enrolled in kindergartens without waiting in line.
