Konstantinov explained that the lawsuit would allow “to establish justice at the official, legal level.”

He also added that the authorities will continue to work on the formation of claims against Ukraine and the West. According to Konstantinov, after the end of the special operation, negotiations will begin and the West will immediately show Russia the damage allegedly caused as a result of military operations on the territory of the former Ukraine. “They will say, they say, we are lifting sanctions, sell us oil for this amount of funds, for example. For our part, we need to be prepared to imagine the damage that Ukraine has done to Crimea,” Konstantinov stressed.
