70 residents of Buryatia with four or more minor children received summons for mobilization. How informed the head of Buryatia Alexei Tsydenov in his social networks, at present all fathers of large families have been released home “from collection points and already from the military unit.”

“Summons were issued, including to such conscripts. But then, after clarification, they were allowed to go home. If someone from this category has received a summons, then simply inform the representatives of the military registration and enlistment office at the collection point with supporting documents,” the head of Buryatia specified.

Aleksey Tsydenov also added that “at the republican draft commission, they paid attention to a more careful execution of agendas.”

On September 21, partial mobilization was announced in Russia. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the authorities plan to call up 300,000 people to take part in hostilities in Ukraine. Mobilization activities began on 22 September. Citizens from the reserve with the necessary military specialties and combat experience are subject to mobilization – primarily soldiers, foremen and warrant officers up to 35 years old and junior officers up to 50 years old.
