The authors of deliberately false reports about impending terrorist attacks in schools were two teenagers
The press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Astrakhan region reported that students in the fifth and ninth grades were involved in posting deliberately false messages on the Internet about terrorist attacks being planned in schools on December 21.
The identities of the teenagers were established by the police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
The public messenger channel was created by a 15-year-old schoolboy to make fun of his classmates. A fifth-grader from another school posted videos on his video hosting channel.
