Four schools, a lyceum, a national gymnasium, seven kindergartens and a perinatal center were left without heat supply, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. The air temperature in Abakan is -21°.

“As of 15:30 Moscow time (19:30 local) on November 27, there are 270 multi-apartment residential buildings (70 thousand people) in Abakan without heat supply,” the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations told the TASS agency. By data departments, on the night of November 28, frosty weather is expected in Khakassia with an air temperature of -30, -35 °.
