The driver of the minivan began driving in circles at an intersection in the city of Almetyevsk in Tatarstan, reports the SHOT Telegram channel.
The police got out of their car and tried to catch up with the driver on foot, but he made a few more circles and drove away.
The driver was detained some time later and sent for examination. The reasons that made him move in a circle remain unknown.
