“Psychologists were sent to temporary accommodation centers for the victims. 1-2 specialists worked at each point, to clarify what kind of help is needed there. Our volunteers worked with them, calmed them down, worked through all their questions and worries. In total, about 100 people applied for psychological help. These are residents of the house, relatives, close ones of those who lived in this house. Humanitarian aid is brought either to school No. 85 or to a social service center. Now we need warm clothes, bed linen, long-term storage products,” says Natalya Anisimova, director of the volunteer organization.

Novosibirsk Semyon Alexandrov lives near the place of emergency, when he saw smoke from the window, he immediately rushed to find out what had happened. The young man did not remain indifferent and made his contribution to humanitarian aid for the affected countrymen.

“There were queues of people with humanitarian aid here. Near the center where I came, a huge traffic jam has accumulated from cars, everyone goes there endlessly. Here we are talking for 2 minutes, 40 people have already passed by me. The whole city rallied to help the victims. I brought food and medicine, inside the volunteers check everything and lay it out. Not everyone takes them, they didn’t take some of my medicines. It is written that the center is open until 20:00, 5 minutes before closing, and there is a huge queue there, ”says the 37-year-old Novosibirsk resident.
