“I really like INSTASAMKA”: Alena Sviridova spoke about the younger generation

Honored Artist of Russia, author and performer Alena Sviridova spoke about her attitude towards young artists, cooperation with them and even her love for hooliganism.

“I am calm about life, that it is constantly changing, and I consider it a reward that I can create something – it’s so cool,” shares Alena Sviridova. — Despite this, most of my songs in old arrangements now sound modern – there is no feeling that this is a song from some time ago. Although I can’t say that I have many young viewers and subscribers. By the way, our story with Cream Soda on the song “Pink Flamingo” is new blood for me. It wouldn’t even occur to me to film something like this, although I really love all kinds of stupidity.”

The artist added that she loves to collaborate with young performers: “The younger generation simply broadcasts what they live in. Of course, they perceive many things differently due to age, but sometimes I want to create something hooligan. For example, I really like the track INSTASAMKA – “For money, yes” – it’s very funny and very cool. I could also write such a song when I’m in the appropriate mood, when I want to send everyone away – this happens and such irony is also very characteristic of me.”
