In the Tomsk region, Khakassia, Tuva – up to 4–9°C.
- In Chuvashia, Udmurtia, Kirov region, the temperature at night is predicted at 6–11°C.
- Heavy rains are expected in Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Kursk, Orel, Tambov, Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories.
- An extreme level of fire danger is expected in Yakutia, the Khabarovsk Territory, the Magadan Region, the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kostroma Regions and Komi.
