In Moscow next week the air temperature will rise to 33°C. This is 7-8°C above the climatic norm, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center.
On Monday the temperature will be at the level of 28-30°C, on Tuesday and Wednesday – 31-33°C. Significant precipitation is not expected, a little cloudiness will be only on Monday, from Tuesday “there will again be soaring rays of the sun.” “From Tuesday, air masses will move from the south – from Turkey, from Asia Minor, from the Middle East. This will lead to the fact that the temperature will be 7–8°C higher than the climatic norm, in summer this anomaly is very large,” said Mr. Vilfand TASS.
Around Friday, the maximum temperature is expected to decrease, but it will still be above the climatic norm – at the level of 25-29°C. The pressure will be higher than normal by 7-10 mm Hg.
