How Megafon became part of Svyaznoy
In April 2015, Oleg Malis’ Solvers company gained control of Trellas Enterprises, the parent company of Svyaznoy. In May 2018, Solvers and Megafon closed a deal to merge Euroset (owned by the operator) and Svyaznoy. The consolidation took place on the basis of DTSRetail.
