In 2024, one of China’s most powerful totem animals, the dragon, comes into force. A fire-breathing lizard can bring both destruction and unprecedented success. It all depends on the right attitude towards it. How to appease a mythical symbol and what does the coming year have in store for us?

By the way, it is convenient to attach big holiday lights to glass and other surfaces using a glue gun. After the celebrations, the glue can be easily removed with a plastic spatula.

Since the 2024 dragon is made of wood, one tree is not enough. Ideally, buy a small decorative tree and place it on the table. The same Christmas tree, only a dwarf one, or a bonsai will do. If there is no extra wood, you can serve salads in wooden salad bowls or arrange the cuts on wooden cutting boards. Beautiful and symbolic.

Well, don’t forget to buy the symbol of the year. A soft toy dragon, a silk robe with a picture of a lizard, a shirt or just a picture. All this is sold in abundance in any Chinese store.

You can please the dragon with nuts and dried fruits. But it is better not to serve hare or rabbit dishes on the holiday table. It is believed that this way you can insult a mythical creature. The dragon does not like semi-finished products, as well as food with a strong smell. Astrologers point out that fizzy and strong drinks are also not to the liking of the green serpent.
