Shirvindt’s inheritance will be divided by two people
Russian and Soviet actor Alexander Shirvindt left real estate in Moscow and the Moscow region as an inheritance to his relatives. As he writes “KP”only the widow and son are considered the master’s heirs.
According to the publication, the actor’s three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren will not participate in the division of property.
“The son and wife of Alexander Shirvindt will inherit 50% of the property,” said the actor’s lawyer Yuri Shel. He added that if Shirvindt’s wife renounces her share in favor of her son, then he will receive everything.
According to official data, the former artistic director of the Satire Theater has an apartment with an area of 116.1 square meters, a room of 12 square meters, half of an apartment of 69.2 square meters and a plot of land of 1300 square meters.
The apartment where Shirvindt lived was not entirely his property; half belonged to his wife Natalya Belousova. This apartment is located on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment – in the very center of the capital. The windows offer views of the Moscow River, and there is also a large balcony covered with plants.
At the same time, Shirvindt’s other favorite property – his vacation spot – does not belong to him at all. Belousova owns a mansion in the village of NIL. The country house has an area of 82 square meters. According to the publication, Belousova inherited it from her grandfather, who supervised the construction of the capital.
