Hospital in Argentina quarantined after pneumonia of unknown origin

Authorities in the province of Tucumán in Argentina have quarantined a private hospital due to several cases of acute pneumonia of unknown origin. This was announced on Wednesday by the TV channel Todo Noticias.
According to the Ministry of Health of the country, 6 cases have been confirmed so far.
The department said that one patient has already died, four are in serious condition, and another sick person is isolated at home.
Five of the patients are hospital employees. Another is her patient. So far, experts cannot determine the cause of their pneumonia. Patients were tested for everything that can cause it: flu, coronavirus, colds types A and B, hantavirus and 25 types of bacteria. All studies have come back negative.
The Ministry of Health urged the Argentines not to panic. “We want the population to remain calm because the situation is under control,” provincial health minister Luis Medina Ruiz said.
