Gyms of three schools in Nizhny Tagil are being equipped for SAMBO classes

Sports equipment for SAMBO classes was brought to Nizhny Tagil. It will be equipped in three educational institutions of the city – the Orthodox Gymnasium No. 11, the sports school No. 2 and the new school No. 100. This was announced by the coordinator of the federal party project “Za Sambo” in the Sverdlovsk region, deputy of the Legislative Assembly Alexei Svalov.
He carried out the acceptance of sports equipment together with the head of Nizhny Tagil, Vladislav Pinaev.
“The city administration actively supports initiatives aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, promoting the development of sports, and educating our younger generation,” said Vladislav Pinaev. “Self-defense without weapons is our national sport, so we will continue to develop it, growing the best athletes.”
According to Aleksey Svalov, within the framework of the implementation of the project of the party “United Russia” “Za Sambo”, obligations were taken to equip halls for practicing sambo in Nizhny Tagil.
“Today we are ready to report that we keep our word,” Alexey Svalov emphasized. “This is far from the first acquisition and our common achievement, I am sure that there will still be a lot of new and interesting work ahead.”
Earlier, MK-Ural reported that the federal project “Za Sambo” has been implemented in the Sverdlovsk Region since last autumn. During this period, 5 universities of the region joined it: the Yekaterinburg Seminary, RSPPU, the Technical University of the UMMC, USGU and USTU.
In Verkhnyaya Pyshma, a section on adaptive sambo was opened in the city boarding school for visually impaired children. It appeared as part of the activities to implement the project of the United Russia party “Za Sambo”.
