In Lipetsk, grandmothers, mothers and daughters will compete in athletics. The regional center will host the women’s sports festival “Health. Beauty. Grace. Ideal”.
The event will take place on March 28 at the Sports School of Olympic Reserve in Athletics. Participants will be tested in three stages: a set of exercises for general physical training, athletics and the GTO relay race.
Teams will consist of 3 representatives of the fair sex according to the principle – grandmother (50 years old and older), mother (30-45 years old), daughter (10-12 years old). Lipsk women will compete in both individual and team competitions.
