The Investigative Committee plans to compensate the costs of graduates of departmental universities and members of their families for moving to serve in another area. On the portal of draft regulatory legal documents, there is a discussion of a bill prepared by the department to amend the law “On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.”
The purpose of the bill is to establish justice for graduates of the Sledkom academies. In accordance with the law, today the insurance company pays the expenses of its employees and members of their families for moving to a new place of duty. This rule does not apply to graduates of departmental universities, since before arriving at their place of duty they are not employees of the Investigative Committee. And due to the fact that the SC academies are located only in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and their graduates travel all over the country, the vast majority of them pay their own moving expenses. Therefore, the Investigative Committee decided to eliminate this injustice. If the law is adopted, graduates next year will be able to count on compensation.
