Government agencies were offered to allow the purchase of second-hand electronics

Refurbished computer equipment, peripheral and communication equipment was proposed to be equated with new ones in public procurement under 44-FZ (“Law on the contract system”). Andrey Sytnik, Chairman of the Committee for Digital Development of the Leningrad Region, made such a proposal to the Ministry of Digital Development at the plenary session of the Vedomosti conference “Import substitution of radio electronics: the practice of switching to Russian products”. Deputy Minister of Digital Development Andrei Zarenin, who moderated the session, replied that he had fixed the proposal and promised to consider it.

The representative of Mintsifra also specified to Vedomosti that he would discuss the feasibility of such a proposal with the industry. The representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stated that the department is ready to consider specific proposals from the Leningrad Region on this issue in the prescribed manner.
