Fresh blood of the Patriarchs A small gastropub Sangre Fresca opened this summer in Ermolaevsky Lane. This project is a collaboration of gastronomic legends: the most mysterious El Copitas bar from St. Petersburg, which received the 8th place in the ranking of the best bars in the world according to The World’s 50 Best Bars, and one of the most sought-after chefs in Moscow, Glenn Ballis, who acted as a restaurateur. The name Sangre Fresca, “fresh blood”, was chosen not only because of the new accents on the menu.
