In Shchetininsky Lane in Zamoskvorechye, in the courtyard of the Maslenikov-Petukhov estate, the Vishnevsky House boutique hotel is opening. It is located in a wooden (!) two-story outbuilding in which the famous collector and connoisseur of Russian painting Felix Vishnevsky lived and worked. He created and donated an art museum to Moscow, which is now located in the main building of the estate next door and bears the name of V. A. Tropinin. The interior of the outbuilding is complemented by antique furniture and objects of applied art, reflecting the atmosphere of the era from which it is inspired. Guests have at their disposal a cozy garden and a gazebo hidden in the shady courtyard. In the gazebo you can order a tea party with a real samovar. The entire building is available for rent, including the first floor with two bedrooms and the second floor with a working fireplace. The hotel’s restaurant cooks to order for any number of people; tables are set using antique dishes, antique trays and candlesticks.
