Golikova announced an assessment of the reproductive rate of Russians: it looks like a perverted social experiment

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova said that from 2024 the medical examination program will be supplemented with screening to assess the reproductive health of men and women with separate compulsory medical insurance tariffs.

Golikova did not provide details of the innovation, such as the content and frequency of diagnostics.

There are no details in the current version of the draft state guarantee program for 2024. Probably, if we were talking about a routine check-up by a gynecologist and urologist, then this would not be particularly publicized.

In the end, such examinations took place on a regular basis in the Soviet Union (and even now in some places); they made it possible, if the doctor approached his work responsibly, to even identify some diseases at an early stage.

But how can you find out in five minutes on a chair whether a patient is fertile or not?

I googled it on the Internet. A reproductive health check is an assessment of your fertility level. Spermogram for men. For women – tests for FSH, LH, prolactin, estradiol and testosterone.

These are the indicators included in fertility tests.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the organization of a special check of the reproductive health of the population is dictated by the state policy to increase the birth rate.

And it seems there is nothing bad, except good, but it becomes somehow uneasy – if one of the citizens really needs to check the level of their fertility, they will do it without interference from above. If the state really wants to help in this matter: what prevents us from making this check completely free and outside the workplace, if desired, as a social action?

It should be said that these tests are not cheap. But the state suddenly decided to pay for them too. For what? Just for fun, officials want to know how many sperm are in the ejaculate of mechanic Petrov, unmarried, 27 years old?

Or if it turns out that twenty-year-old student Masha has excellent and high-quality eggs, then what? Is she just supposed to waste them every month?

Let him continue to lead his selfish lifestyle and live for himself, and not for the benefit of society? Or will they check your fertility first and then involve you in reproduction?

What was it recently stated? 7-8 children, no less?

All this is very reminiscent of the concern for increasing the number of serfs in the 19th century. When people had to reproduce at the behest of the master. He had his reasons. The economy should become richer. No one asked the serfs. It’s necessary, that’s all.

Of course, with us everything is voluntary. No one will arrange forcible insemination. At least I want to believe so.

But it’s easy to organize this process voluntarily and forcibly, as they did with vaccination at one time.

That’s how good your tests are, and you’re slacking off!

If you don’t want to pay the childlessness tax, have a baby. If you want to study at a university at a discount or transfer to a budget, give birth.

And no matter what kind of specialist pregnant Masha will later turn out to be, the archaic, still resource-extraction-oriented economy does not need specialists with higher education in such numbers in principle. So just let her give birth.

From each – according to fertile abilities, to each – according to the needs necessary for the state.

It’s like some kind of twisted social experiment. When from a developed society of the 21st century, people are artificially trying to plunge into the way of life not even of the 19th, but approximately of the 17th century. Who designed it and why? Simply reporting on the increase in the birth rate is too intricate and difficult for our officials.

A hundred years ago, they already tried to conduct one similar experiment; it was also aimed at creating a new person who was obliged not to think about himself, but, at the behest of the party, to build a new society of the future. Therefore, they not only got into his head, but also into his bed.

We are still dealing with its consequences. Russians simply cannot stand one more violence against human nature and the psyche.
