The capital’s Other Bread company, specializing in healthy baked goods, has launched the production of gluten-free chocolate desserts for children. Part of the proceeds from the sale of products will be directed to a charity fund for disabled children.
“The capital’s manufacturers of bakery products are actively following modern trends, expanding their range and offering new types of products without gluten, sugar and wheat flour in their composition. In addition, they pay attention to charitable initiatives,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. As an example, he cited a Moscow company producing healthy baked goods, which, with the support of a charitable foundation for children with disabilities, created special gluten-free chocolate desserts for children.
The company plans to release more than 3,000 products by the end of the year. Eggs, sugar and milk are excluded from the composition of the dessert, so it is suitable for young children. In addition, the sweetness can be a useful replacement for classic desserts for adults on diets, treatment protocols, or following a healthy diet. According to the founder of the company, Victoria Dudkovskaya, gluten-free “Chocolate” bears are a completely new concept. The company will donate 20% of the cost of each product to the Moving Up charity foundation.
