Gigi Hadid apologizes for accusations against Israel

American model of Palestinian-Dutch origin Gigi Hadid has apologized for her comments against Israel, in which she accused the Jewish state of committing illegal acts against Palestinian children before the conflict began. The Page Six portal wrote about this.

Previously, the model published a post on her social networks in which she stated that Israel had kidnapped, tortured and raped Palestinian children. She also stated that the Jewish state is holding minors as prisoners of war.

Amid growing negativity towards her, Hadid deleted the post and wrote a new one. In it, she stated that Palestinian children detained by the IDF do not receive the same rights as Israeli children. She apologized that she did not explain her position well enough last time and regretted what she said.
