German Defense Minister Pistorius called Kuleba “prone to escalation” and considers the current situation a dead end
The head of the German Defense Ministry, Boris Pistorius, considers the situation in the conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine to be a dead end, and called the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Kuleba, “prone to escalation.”
In a comment to Bild, he admitted: “In fact, the situation has reached a dead end.” There are no territorial successes on either side, he believes. But, in his opinion, “the Ukrainians continue to defend themselves very successfully.”
“Kuleba (Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine – Ed.) tends to polarize and escalate,” Pistorius also noted. However, “this is his right in the situation in which his country finds itself,” at the same time he justified the unflattering description given to the Ukrainian minister.
