Moscow City Duma deputy Vladimir Ryzhkov wrote a statement about his desire to resign, writes zaks.ru.
Regarding the draft corresponding resolution of the Moscow City Duma on depriving 57-year-old Ryzhkov of his mandate on January 25, the apparatus of the legislative body “has no comments.”
Ryzhkov was elected to the Moscow City Duma in 2021 by-election, he was nominated by the Yabloko party. Soon after the start of the SVO, the politician, according to some sources, left Russia. Since then, the deputy has not participated in meetings of the Moscow parliament.
