The company, located in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, has developed the first digital dosing pumps in Russia. The devices are already in mass production. Such pumps can be used, for example, in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or chemical industries.

“VDK high-precision digital dosing pumps are an innovative and high-tech solution, fully implemented on a domestic electronic component base. In addition, components of the capital’s microelectronics manufacturers are used in these products,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the capital’s investment and industrial policy department.

The Head of the Department added that the devices are equipped with step drives and microcontrollers. They allow you to adjust the dosing of reagents with a given volume and speed without the use of external control systems. The novelty should replace foreign analogues that have left the market.

According to Gennady Degtev, General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, the research and production company has been operating in the Moscow SEZ since 2015. Since then, it has produced more than 5,000 systems and devices for a wide range of technological tasks. And since the beginning of last year, the number of employees of the company has doubled.

According to the director of the company, Maxim Novikov, the company managed to multiply its production capacity and expand its product range.
