Law enforcement agencies in Vladivostok opened a criminal case against five employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service for an attack on an entertainment establishment. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee, quoted by Lenta.ru.
The defendants are suspected of committing a crime under Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Robbery”). According to investigators, in mid-autumn, armed criminals in camouflage clothing, posing as law enforcement officers, broke into an entertainment establishment and, under the guise of investigative work, took money from there.
The suspects have been arrested, and the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided. Illegal actions were detected by FSB and FSIN officers.
The criminals are special forces soldiers who carried out raids on strip clubs in Vladivostok, RIA Novosti writes. They introduced themselves as riot police officers and, at gunpoint, extorted funds from businessmen.
