FSB has certified an application for issuing electronic signatures via a smartphone
[ad_1]
The Sign.Me developer received permission from the FSB to issue a qualified electronic signature (ES) via a smartphone, without a personal appearance at the certification center. The service issued a certificate to the service, which gives such an electronic signature legal force and allows it to be equated with a handwritten signature.
A qualified ES is needed by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, civil servants or individuals to draw up legally significant documents. In particular, it is used to participate in electronic trading, work in state systems and on state portals.
