In the next few days, the temperature will be below the norm in the entire European part by 3-4 ° C, said TASS scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand. A decrease in temperature is also expected in other regions, and snow will fall in the Trans-Baikal Territory.
“In Moscow, Moscow, Smolensk, Tver, Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Tula, Ryazan and Vladimir regions, frosts are expected at night from Sunday to Monday. The temperature will drop to -2°C,” Vilfand said.
In the Southern Federal District on September 6-7, the temperature will also be 4-6°C below the norm, for example, in the Rostov region it will be from 19°C to 21°C, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center said.
