“Our neighbors are courageously coping with the consequences of a terrorist attack from Ukraine,” he wrote in his Telegram channel, recalling that in Belgorod “there are many wounded and dead, including children.” The Governor again offered his deepest condolences to the families affected by yesterday’s tragedy.
