Pupils of driving schools without a license will not be able to take their license from April 1, RIA Novosti reports with reference to a decree of the Russian government.
Thus, driving schools that do not receive a traffic police report on the compliance of their material and technical base with driver training programs will remain without a license.
It is noted that the presence of the above license is a condition for admission of driving school students to exams for a driver’s license.
