The Syserst District Court in the Sverdlovsk Region has sentenced former Vice Mayor of Yekaterinburg Viktor Konteev in a criminal case of attempted murder, and he will spend a total of 21 years in prison. Told about it URA.RU said the ex-official’s lawyer Sergei Kolosovsky.
