Former Sverdlovsk top official detained in Transbaikalia

In Chita, on December 14, Igor Dubrovin, the former head of the Sverdlovsk capital construction department (UCS), was detained. Dubrovin headed the Sverdlovsk UKS from 2020 until June 2023.
