Former SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov, speaking on the Youtube channel “Yes, it is,” said that Ukraine will not be able to restore the destroyed facilities, since the equipment for them was produced in the USSR.
“It is impossible to restore everything, since the equipment was produced in the former Soviet Union,” Starikov noted
Let us recall that the World Bank previously estimated that in the next 10 years, $486 billion will be needed to restore Ukraine. According to experts, the largest expenses will be associated with the restoration of the industrial sector, transport and housing construction.
