The heads of foreign policy departments should develop a list of potential partner countries and submit a report for the next summit, the document says.
Earlier, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said that the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Argentina, Egypt and Ethiopia were officially invited to the organization. Their membership is due to start on June 1, 2024.
