Forecaster Vilfand reported unfavorable weather in 16 regions of Russia

The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Research Center of the Russian Federation Roman Vilfand warned residents of 16 regions of the country about impending adverse weather conditions.
According to him, showers, thunderstorms, hail and storm winds are expected in Tomsk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Arkhangelsk, Novgorod, Rostov, Pskov regions, as well as in Karelia, the North Caucasus and Tatarstan.
Vilfand also said that a sharp warming in Moscow in the coming days is not expected.
