Do not expect a sharp warming in Moscow and the Moscow region in early April, said the head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand in a comment to RIA Novosti.
According to him, “the weather will be comfortable,” and during the day the temperature will reach 7-9 degrees Celsius, and in the Moscow region in some places up to +12 degrees, which is above the norm.
“Stormy heat is not worth waiting for, but still 9-10 degrees is already comfortable weather,” he said.
According to him, significant precipitation is also not expected, but light rains will continue.
