Forecaster Leus: in Moscow, there is a reverse course of temperatures
The leading specialist of the Phobos weather center, Mikhail Leus, said that a rare meteorological phenomenon is observed in the Russian capital – a reverse temperature trend.
“This is the case when the air temperature does not rise during the day, but continues to fall,” the forecaster explained. The air temperature on the eve began to drop steadily after 18:00 – the thermometer at that time showed about +21 degrees. Since then, the temperature has been constantly decreasing, reaching +7.6 degrees by noon.
Leus noted in his telegram channel that in the next two hours the rains will take on a small and local character. The temperature trend will thus reverse again.
