FOM: a third of Russians expect an improvement in life in Russia in 2024

The Public Opinion Foundation reported that, according to its survey, 34% of Russians see reasons for improving the conditions and quality of life in Russia over the next year. It is reported that 14% of citizens hold the opposite opinion, the most pessimistic are respondents aged 46-60 years (18%).
Every third respondent (35% in total) said that living conditions in the country will not change during the specified period. The rest found it difficult to answer.
When asked about their own living conditions, 39% of participants said they were optimistic about 2024. Every tenth person believes that their life will be worse. A third of those surveyed said that they did not expect changes for themselves, the rest did not express a definite opinion.
