Fitness trainer Yanina Kolpakova listed ways to overcome the reluctance to attend sports training that appears in the fall season.
Kolpakova said that one of the effective methods is to find new exercises or sports. She cited Pilates and tennis as examples.

In order for training to be associated with pleasant thoughts, Kolpakova recommended not focusing on self-criticism, but more often praising yourself for your goals and achieved successes.
