Financial Times: Ukraine faces something worse than a stalemate
[ad_1]
According to Gideon Rahman, a columnist for the Financial Times, the statements of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky that the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the front are not in a stalemate are not entirely true.
In his article, Rahman emphasized that now even more optimistic forecasts for Ukraine may be insufficient, given the growing power of Russia. The author writes that Moscow continues to increase its military potential, several times ahead of Ukraine.
He also drew attention to Kyiv’s dependence on Western support. The author recalled that Ukraine could not reach the level of Russian military production, despite expectations and promises. This dependence, according to Rahman, calls into question the country’s sustainability in the current geopolitical conditions.
