Football players of the Kuban State University won all 3 matches in the home tournament of the National Student Football League. Competitions in the Superleague named after Igor Gamula with the participation of 4 teams were held at the KubSU stadium.
Krasnodar won in the first two matches, and in the final they played with the champion of the last three NSFL draws, the Crimean Federal University from Simferopol. KubSU was able to outplay principal rivals with a score of 1:0. Abraham Ojo scored the only goal in the 9th minute.
Alexey Gerasimenko’s team topped the standings with 9 points. KFU – 4, SFU (Rostov-on-Don) – 3, RUS “GTSOLIFK” (Moscow). The remaining participants of the Superleague DSTU (Rostov-on-Don), ChSU (Grozny) and SPbGUPTD (St. Petersburg) will join the fight a little later.
