FAS found TNT channel guilty of violating advertising law

Federal Antimonopoly Service reportedthat the TNT channel is obliged to lower the volume of broadcast advertisements.
According to the source, it is forbidden to use commercials in TV programs, the sound of which exceeds the average volume level.
In this regard, the FAS came to the conclusion that the TNT-TELESET company was guilty of violating advertising legislation.
As a result, the antimonopoly service ordered the TV channel to eliminate the violations within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, otherwise TNT would have to pay a fine of 300,000 to 500,000 rubles.
