Fantastic hypocrisy: Zakharova appreciated Dujarric’s statement on Makhachkala

Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in her Telegram channel critically assessed Stephane Dujarric’s statement about the situation in Makhachkala, where riots broke out at the local airport the day before.
Let us recall that earlier the official representative of the UN Secretary General condemned the actions of people “who tried to storm the airport and hunt people “just because of their religion.”
“And we condemn these acts of anti-Semitism,” Dujarric said.
Zakharova reproached the UN representative for double standards.
“Amazing selectivity in assessments. Fantastic hypocrisy… I hope the UN Secretariat will find the courage to condemn the long-term persecution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church by the Kyiv regime,” the diplomat wrote.
