Families with children injured during SVO offered to pay 100,000 rubles

Ministry of Labor developed draft presidential decree, which establishes a one-time payment of 100 thousand rubles. for every child who was injured during a special military operation (SVO). We are talking about the victims in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as Russian regions adjacent to the areas of the NWO.
Payment in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. for a child under the age of 18 is provided to one of the parents or legal representative of the child who is a citizen of the Russian Federation and permanently residing in Russia. The affected child must also be a citizen of the Russian Federation and permanently reside in Russia.
The lump-sum payment is assigned and paid at the place of residence of the affected child at the time of the injury in the course of the SVO, with its documentary confirmation, but not earlier than February 24, 2022.
Mutilation refers to wounds, injuries and contusions. The government has been instructed to approve the procedure for recognizing a minor as a child who was injured during the JWO.
The regions are recommended to ensure that the injured child is provided with an annual rest in recreation and rehabilitation organizations and, if there are medical indications, sanatorium-and-spa treatment, as well as travel back and forth. “Provide other additional support measures for families with affected children,” the draft document says. This decree comes into force from the date of its signing, the draft notes.
