The income of those mobilized to participate in the special operation does not affect the possibility of receiving a single allowance for a child, says in a message on the portal “Explain.rf”.
“The income of mobilized citizens, including their labor income in the period before mobilization, payments from the Ministry of Defense during the period of participation in the SVO, as well as social payments in connection with mobilization, are not taken into account when assigning benefits,” the message says.
The portal also explained that any family that meets the criteria for the appointment of a single allowance for low-income families can apply for payments for children. Earlier it became known that payments for the injury or death of a participant in a special military operation are not taken into account when assessing the need of a family for the purpose of assigning a unified child allowance.
The special military operation began on February 24, 2022. During the special operation, Russian troops took full control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
